Beginner Gymnastics is offered for girls who are interested in learning gymnastics with their peers. The class is offered for girls 5+ years. This introductory class will include beginner-level movements around the gymnastics course including stretching, tumbling, jumping, balancing, bar rollovers, and more using the bars, beam, vault, and floor.
This class is led by an instructor and adults can wait in the cafe.
