Ninja Beans Co-Ed Gymnastics

Ninja gymnastics is basic-level gymnastics with a ninja agility focus. We work on basic-level gymnastics skills like tumbling, jumping, flipping, and more while also working on strength and agility using obstacle course elements and various training techniques. This class is offered for kids 6-9 years. This class is led by an instructor and adults can wait in the cafe.

Girls Required Attire for this class: Girls gymnastics leotard with athletic shorts, hair up in ties, water bottle.

Boys Required Attire for this class: Boy's athletic shorts with a t-shirt (t-shirts must be tucked into the shorts), water bottle.
